Rosie's Retreat is a 1 bedroom apartment boasting a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The separate lounge has a dining area with dining table, comfy sofa, flat screen smart TV, free wifi and coffee table. The bedroom has a wrought iron king size bed and has a newly refurbished ensuite with shower, as well as everything else you'd expect.
Extras
To enhance your stay we can provide a variety of welcome packages from your bare essentials like tea, coffee, bread and milk to more exotic packages including champagne, chocolates or flowers. These can all be arranged at an extra cost.
About Rosie's Retreat
Rosie's Retreat is situated on Windermere High Street so it's perfect whether you arrive by car or public transport. While you're here enjoy the sights in Windermere or Bowness or head further afield into the Lake District Fells. Whatever you decide to do with your days you'll know that you have a great base to explore from.
The space
Rosie's Retreat is on the second floor above The Tilly Bar and Kitchen. The apartment is all on one level and consists of an open plan lounge/dining area with a comfy sofa, chair and dining table and chairs. The lounge has a 40" Smart TV and free wifi. Leading off the lounge/diner is the kitchen which contains an electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is one bedroom with a king size iron bed and a shower room with a mains shower, toilet and basin.
Additional Info
There is no dedicated parking but free unlimited parking is available in Windermere village between the hours of 5pm and 10am There is a pay and display car park situated nearby on Broad Street and we are able to give you advice on other areas where free parking is available.
The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from Windermere train and bus station
There are no laundry facilities available, however Windermere Laundry is only a 2 minute walk away where dry cleaning and service washes are available.
Pets
Small furry friends are welcome by prior arrangement, please let us know when enquiring so we can discuss yours and our requirements.
Check In
Check-in is from 15:00 and Check-out is before 10:00. Unless you have prior approval.
Keys can be collected from The Tilly during opening hours but the property is set up to allow remote access when neccessary with easy self check-in possible.
Pricing
Pricing varies per night throughout the year and at weekends and there is a 2 night minimum stay. There is also a £50.00 cleaning charge added however many nights your stay is for. You can enquire with us direct or check out pricing and availability at our listing on AIRBNB
